FIT Exteriors was founded when three individuals—Kevin Bauer, Adam Nelson, and Eric Ruh—came together with a shared passion, common values, and faith.
They quickly realized this partnership was no coincidence, and FIT Exteriors was born.​ With unique experiences in construction, roofing, sales, and customer service, our team combines decades of expertise to offer exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Kevin Bauer
Kevin has 27 years of experience in construction, home improvement, sales, and operations. Many of those years were spent running his own design/build construction company. He lives in Slinger with his wife of 34 years. They have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Adam Nelson
With 26 years of roofing experience, Adam has worked in sales, installation, project management, and quality control. He owned his own roofing business for nearly 17 years. He resides in Lake Country with his wife, their 2-year-old son, and a daughter on the way.

Eric has spent 31 years building relationships and providing exceptional customer service, with 27 years in financial planning. He lives in Muskego with his wife, Linda, who owns her own salon, and their son.
